Well not exactly, but sailing, yes.... and hope to test a few Catcalls on the way. As a boarding ship blog entry: the sailfish box as I call it, featured above, is a not so socially correct cigarette case crafted in an early bakelite with a lovely cloisonne sailfish on top. It belonged to my grandfather. As for the smoking, fashionable in his era the twenties, so the story goes: he could take a swan dive off the makeshift diving board into Lake Erie with cigarette in mouth and due to a clever horizontal twist of the tongue, roll it back into his mouth and then upon surfacing... continue smoking!!! as if nothing was off course.!!!
