Our Terms of Service
Our Brave Brown Bag collection is produced by hand in our studio one at a time. We aim to make the BBB experience an enjoyable one for our customers. If there is a problem with craftsmanship, the customer must contact our head office for a Return Authorization Number. We will then assess situation and repair or replace your BBB at no extra charge. If your bag was not purchased directly from us but from an on-line retailer or retail shop, you must return the bag to where it was originally purchased.
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard in US dollars on this website. If you prefer to order by phone, we are happy to take your order and payment information this way. If you would like to pay by check, please allow 10 business days for check clearance.
If you would like your order gift wrapped, we are happy to do this at no extra charge.
Return Policy & Return Authorization Number
- Return for Refund - Refunds must be done within 30 days of receiving the bag with a copy of your invoice and original packaging, minus the original shipping charge. Bag must be in original condition for full refund value. Please allow 15 days for refund after we have received your authorized return. Sale items are non-refundable.
- Return for Exchange - Exchanges must be done within 30 days of receiving the bag with a copy of your invoice and original packaging. Bag must be in original condition for full exchange value. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Return shipping and insurance cost is responsibility of sender unless otherwise agreed.
- Please contact us for your Return Authorization # and we will email instructions and our Return to Manufacturer Packing Label.
Fabric swatch colour may vary from computer to computer. If you would like to receive an actual colour swatch, we are happy to mail this to you free of charge.
