Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Window in Canada & United States

First, our bags are crafted by hand in our studio in Canada one at a time. We make your bag to order, unless it is in stock.

We do our best to deliver within 3 weeks of receiving your order. If we anticipate a longer delivery we will notify you promptly.

A tracking number is emailed to you the day of shipping. Transit is usually 4 to 10 business days, pending customs clearance if in the United States.

Shipping is FREE to Canada & the United States

Orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel via Canada Post, including insurance and any duties if applicable.

If the value of your order is over $200 USD, US Customs can request your Tax ID number. Not providing this number may delay the delivery of your order.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by International Express Post via Canada Post. Duties and Taxes are extra and the responsibility of the buyer.
