I first met jewellry designer Robin MacDonald at the New York Gift Fair about 10 years ago.  She has an exotic resume of experience:  Toronto International Film Festival, furniture designer but her first love is sculpting and casting beautiful objets as above.  Robin's Dad was a geologist, so you might say she has rocks in her blood and a keen eye for the process from the ground up.  The horse above with inate qualities of weight and movement is quietly ornate, if you will.  I will  be sharing a special showing with Robin next week at Space Furniture in Toronto.
