Books, bags & Donald Sutherland

Circa 1999 Canadian actor Donald Sutherland was interviewed on the CBC TV programme, In Conversation With Peter Gzwoski.  The host looked puzzled because his guest appeared to be carrying a brown paper bag.  What is that?! he asked.  To which Mr.Sutherland replied:  This is my book bag!  (Indeed he was carrying an authentic  Brave Brown Bag and so the BBB became the  topic of their conversation)  Yes, the BBB can hold it's own as an old school style book bag; or perhaps Donald will bequeath his BBB to son Keifer as the new school style ipad bag.  Either way we are honoured to be a functional conversation piece. * Photo - first 'edition' of BBB in Paris at world famous bookshop, Shakespeare & Company
