Each Brave Brown Bag, B3, and catchall has personality. Creases and crinkles are natural to the waxed cotton. With use, each carryall will develop its own character. For normal care, simply wipe with a damp cloth. For a thorough cleaning, remove base, handwash in warm water and hang to dry. Restore the finish with our Bragwax Kit*.

The Grande Catchall can be simply wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap.

With normal use and proper care, The Brave Brown Bag Collection comes with a one-year guarantee. 

To date in our over 12 year history, a few bags a year are returned for colour/size and issues of craftsmanship.

First we listen, then we repair if we can, replace or refund to our customer's satisfaction. So with normal 'brave' use and proper care, your BBB will indeed last a very long time.

P.S. If your dog gets a hold of it or someone mistook it for paper and pitched it, kind consideration will be given towards a replacement.
